Wread's Pick #1 - The Real Business of Blockchain
First up... Before I can go any further I really want to stop and thank everyone who has stuck with my content. So fo anyone who has made it this far, I thank you. Jumping right into it I want to highlight an amazing read called "The Real Business of Blockchain" written by David Furlonger & Christopher Uzureau. This read is especially informative because it gives you a insight on termanology, systems, and benefits of using blockchain technology as way to reach new clients, customers, and visionaries to build community.
Wread's Pick #2 - On the Private and Public virtues of an Honorable Entrepreneur
Felix R. Livingston is an amazing writer who curated a power house of pages. After completing this milestone in my wreads list I understand the honor of serving others through innovation and creation. Though there is much chatter about the ethics of being an entrepreneur this book engraves the fact that we as entrepreneurs CAN and SHOULD be ethical when it comes to selling creativity and innovation. It is not about just selling and generating currency. That in terms of bearing a social yet societal obligation we must wield this power to a express more morality & positivity for ourselves and others.
"It is not about just selling and generating currency." - B. Johns "Innovative Specialist"
Wread's Pick #3 - Twitch for Dummies
Tee Morris not only teaches you the in/outs of having a stream room and the benefits of creating a community to share your original content. This wread starts from helping you shatter the beliefs that Twitch is only a "video game streaming platform"... but also keeping in mind that interacting with your audience on and offline can help serve as a source of income. With Twitch being one of the most - if not the most popular streaming platforms out there, it would be extremely beneficial to check this one out. It also comes equipped with videos, step by step guides, and how-to articles.
Wread's Pick #4 - The Lost Art of Doing Nothing
Before you jump into yoga or meditation of any sorts, I highly suggest that you check out "The Lost Art of Doing Nothing" by Maartje Willems & Lona Aalders.
These omazing woman teaches you the great practice of Niksen. Niksen being an higher form of art, teaches you the practice of doing NOTHING! Humans have an extremely hard time doing nothing. It's quite interesting how we find it difficult to just be. Being an entrepreneur I fall straight into this category. This book teaches you the importance of pausing. Entrepreneurs have the tendency of always burning out. Along with burnouts come self- doubt, lack of creativity, stress and many others struggles. After absorbing this great work it has taught me to create/cherish the time to unwind.
Wread's Pick #5 - Social Entrepreneur for Dummies
As I mentioned earlier I fall into the class of entrepreneurship. Many of us fall flat on creating a socially conscious entreprise. In my opinion it all stems from over exerting or abilities. Multitasking spreads us thinner than we ever imagined causing us to lose motivation. So you guys know I had to pick up a copy of " Social Entrepreneur for Dummies" by Mark Durieux and Robert Stebbins. This read teaches you the importance of not only being socially responsible for your business, but it gives you recipes of successfully creating such an entreprise & more.
So if you haven't done so I highly recommend that you check out or purchase one of these books now. Please leave some positive comments below,i'll be sure to answer back. Thanks for reading.
